Ron Osgood is a retired Indiana University film professor, a documentary filmmaker, and a Vietnam War veteran.
"I Do Remember" is a personal story that took place in 1972 in Northern California . Think road trip and hitchhiking adventure. What could go wrong. His documentary film “Just Like Me: The Vietnam War/The American War” was awarded a Regional Emmy, chosen by the National Archives for a screening in Washington D.C., and listed in Best Documentaries by Video Librarian. “Just Like Me” broadcast on PBS in 2023 and 2024, and continues to have screenings at museums, universities and independent theaters. Ron’s previous documentaries include the PBS documentary “My Vietnam Your Iraq,” “Climate Change in National Parks,” “Indiana’s Earthquake Risk,” “Shirts & Skins: The Psychology of Pickup Basketball,” and Emmy-winning "Trouble No More: The Making of a John Mellencamp Album.” |
